Refund policy for storage customers: Rent is due and paid on the 1st day of each calendar month. As long as customer occupies a unit, there are no refunds. Refunds are issued only if there is an erroneous charge to the tenant's credit or debit card. In that case, tenant will be refunded within 7-10 business days of Mountain Holdings LLC becoming aware of the error. In that case, the refund will be made by check mailed to the tenant at the address on file, or by credit to the tenant's card erroneously charged.
